At Rimnash, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every fragrance we offer. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we have designed our returns and refunds process to be transparent, fair, and straightforward.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests submitted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, including all seals, wrapping, and accessories.
- The item has not been tampered with or altered in any way.
Please note: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, leaking, or does not match your order, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at Support@rimnash.com. Your message must include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs clearly showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a return or replacement.
How to Initiate a Return
Before returning any item, you must contact our support team for authorisation. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
- Email us at Support@rimnash.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions including the designated return address.
- Securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it back as directed.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection. Refunds are processed only upon approval following this inspection.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
- You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used fragrances (unless damaged or defective)
- Items returned without prior authorisation
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
- Return requests submitted after the 7-day window
